More recent stories have focused on Tomura Shigaraki and his Paranormal Liberation Front -- which is the combination of the Meta Liberation Army and the League of Villains -- embarking on a quest to destroy all of the heroes in Japan, proving himself All For One's true successor in the process. Thanks to Hawks' spying, the manga's heroes attacked Jaku Hospital. There, they discovered Shigaraki getting a power boost from Kyudai Garaki. However, the heroes were able to break Shigaraki out of his tank before he achieved full power, leaving the villain knocked out for the time being. Still, as Present Mic carts Kyudai away, the villain reveals he gave his original Quirk, which allowed him to double his "life force while sacrificing physical mobility," to All For One.
All For One
This article is about the Quirk. For the Quirk's user, see All For One. A weaker version of the Quirk is also used by Nine. All For One allows the user to steal the Quirks of other people, and wield those stolen powers as their own, or to transfer them to someone else. The process of giving and taking away Quirks is done through touch. People who have their Quirks stolen become Quirkless , and lose any abnormal features if the powers happen to be Mutant-types.
One For All
In the past, it was used by its previous hosts, Nana Shimura , Toshinori Yagi , and the first six users before them. Long ago, a man with a Quirk that allows him to steal other Quirks and give them away forcibly gave his seemingly Quirkless younger brother a Quirk that allowed him to stockpile power within his body. However, unknown to either of them, the younger brother already had a Quirk with no other power than that it could be transferred to another person. The transference Quirk and the power stockpiling Quirk merged into one and from then on became One For All. The younger brother somehow discovered this. He had a strong sense of justice and he tried to defeat All For One, but given the huge difference in their strength, the younger brother failed.
This article is about the character. Once Japan's most powerful villain and All Might 's arch-nemesis, his true motives are unclear and his true identity is unknown. His current goal is to raise Tomura to become his eventual successor. He is currently under police custody and imprisoned in Tartarus. After being mortally injured by All Might years ago, All For One's face seems to be made entirely of scar tissue, extending from above his upper lip and covering his entire head and the back of his neck. As such, he has no visible nose, ears, hair or eyes, though the outlines of eye sockets can be seen. He has various tubes sticking out of his neck and jaw, presumably to help him with his breathing. There are small holes in the palms of his hands. In flashbacks, he appears to have been an ordinary-looking man with short white hair. However, his face is not shown clearly.
